Born and raised in Marmaris, Turkey; the Executive Chef Ismet Sahin intoduces us with Turkey’s rich cuisine and gastronomy. Ismet Chef is from the same region of Turkey as Ismail Uslu so the energy at Agora is the perfect fit.

Who is the owner of Agora DC?

In 2008, he decided to take a leap of faith and became the sole owner of Agora DC. Betul left her career in banking in 2016 and has fully immersed herself in working at Agora DC and Agora Tysons.

Agora Tysons’, a Mediterranean Mezze Restaurant, is the newest addition of the Agora Restaurant Group, setting roots in the expansive Tyson’s Corner metropolis, featuring the familiar aromatic elements and textures inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Turkey melded with flavors from Greece and Lebanon.
