A tantalising starter of diced cold spiced chicken or vegetable mixed with fresh salad and a sprinkle of fresh green peppers.

A traditional Bengal fare, marinated chicken or lamb cubes in dozen spices, cooked home-style with fresh curry leaves, cardomoms, cinnamon, coriander and fresh cream. Flavoursome and mild.

S eafood S election

This dish captures the exquisite flavour of king sized prawns roasted in tandoor on skewers. Cooked to our own recipe in mild spices with fresh cream and a touch of butter. A most tasteful dish.

Cooked in coconut milk with a generous touch of ground almonds and fresh cream.

Consists of Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Tikka, Tandoori King Prawn, Seekh Kebab and Lamb Tikka. Served with garlic nan.

A very popular dish in the Midlands. The combination of fresh herbs and spices that makes this dish very tasteful and spicy. Served in a cast iron Kashmiri pan known as BALTI, garnished with onions, tomatoes and a generous touch of fresh coriander.

HUMMUS

A blend of chickpeas, sesame seeds, tahini, lemon, and garlic, garnished with sumac, parsley, and hot sauce, served with pita.

FALAFEL

Five patties made from our house mixture of fava beans, chickpeas, cilantro, garlic, and onion with a parsley tahini sauce, served with pita.

HALUM CHEESE

Delicious Arabian cheese, grilled and topped with thyme and sesame seeds and lightly drizzled with olive oil, served with pita.

ZAATER (Manakeesh)

Grilled pita bread brushed with olive oil and covered in thyme, sumac, and sesame seeds.

CAULIFLOWER ZAHRA

Roasted cauliflower seasoned with garlic and cilantro, topped with tomatoes, parsley, and tahini.

BABA GHANOUJ

Roasted smoked eggplant blended with sesame seed tahini, lemon juice, garlic and served with pita.
