Who is the executive chef at the Alhambra?

Chef DeJuan took on the Executive Chef position at the Alhambra in 2011. He was previously the Executive Chef at the Plantation Room at the Celebration Hotel in Celebration, FL. A graduate of the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago, Chef DeJuan has more than 20 years of culinary experience.

We had been there for Jumeirah restaurant week and tried their 3 course. Must say all the 3 courses were good. Beef cheek served was absolutely perfect. And smoking chicken absolutely delicious.

Cooked pieces of fish with acid lemon, red pepper, onion, cilantro; Fried fish pieces served with boiled corn and golden potato; Rice cooked in seafood sauce based on yelow pepper.

Pollo saltado

Chiken breast pieces sautéed with cilantro, tomatoes, onions, garlic and spices, served with fries and rice.

Arroz chaufa de pollo

Sauteed rice with chunks, ginger, garlic, soy sauce. Chinese onion and served with egg omelette.

Tallarín saltado de pollo

Fettucine sauteed with chiken, red pepper, onoins, tomatoes and soy sauce.
