Chef DeJuan took on the Executive Chef position at the Alhambra in 2011. He was previously the Executive Chef at the Plantation Room at the Celebration Hotel in Celebration, FL. A graduate of the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago, Chef DeJuan has more than 20 years of culinary experience.

Are the 3 courses at Jumeirah restaurant any good?
We had been there for Jumeirah restaurant week and tried their 3 course. Must say all the 3 courses were good. Beef cheek served was absolutely perfect. And smoking chicken absolutely delicious.
