Ron NewmanSharkeez is the creation of Ron Newman – founder of the red onion chain of casual restaurants that flourished in the 1970s and '80 s- and his son Greg. After Greg graduated from USC, Ron offered him $100,000 to start his own place.
Do you have to be 21 to get into Baja Sharkeez?
It's okay if you just turned 21. This place is for people ages 21 to 25.
Is there a dress code for sharkeez?
Depending on the night you go on. They enforce a dress code during their weekend nights since they make a dance floor available to give it a "club" theme. During the day it's casual and weekend nights are more upscale casual.
