Some new keystrokes are added, the player is given infinite stamina, and they are allowed to set whether a character can interact with them.

BugFix Going into the "Player Modifier" menu while an added camera is active, no longer freezes the Mod Menu. BugFix 1st Prize and Gotta Sweep clones no longer lock the player in weird states, when deleting one the player is currently being pushed by.
