Ben's Story

Ben graduated from a Professional Managing Program (Hotel and Motel Association of North America) as he was following his culinary career. Becoming the Banquet Manager at the Westin (Fairmont) Hotel and working at other chain hotels such as Radisson and Sheraton prior to his move to Brandon.

Salads

6oz Top sirloin broiled to your liking. Mixed greens, crumbled blue cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes and roasted artichoke hearts with a Dijon vinaigrette.

Appetizers

A blend of cream cheese, spinach & artichokes, finished with asi- ago cheese and a dollop of sour cream & roasted red pepper, served with baked pita.

Favourites

A broiled breast of chicken topped with sautéed spinach and tomato in a cranberry basil cream sauce.
