With three locations in Boise, Eagle and Coeur d'Alene that capture the spirit of Idaho and the Northwest, Bardenay Restaurant and Distillery is a cornerstone of Idaho's restaurant and bar industry. The original establishment is located in a once empty warehouse on the Historic Basque Block in downtown Boise, Idaho.

Grilled Atlantic salmon with a sweet

Eagle

12 ounce charbroiled New York strip with a currant and red wine reduction topped with crispy onions and served over a warm orzo and quinoa salad.

Boise

Sauteed bacon, shallots and garlic in a Ballard Farms sea salt and truffle cheddar cream with fresh scallions and smoky parmesan bread crumbs.

Eagle

Charbroiled beef patty with sauteed jalapenos, onions, peppered bacon, and melted bleu cheese on a toasted challah bun. Served with guest’s choice of side.

Coeur d'Alene

Curried lamb and potato in a savory tomato sauce over spicy saffron-vegetable risotto with masala flatbread.

Spirits

Served alone or with a soda mixer. *Drink specials not available at our Eagle location.

Tom Collins

Bardenay gin, lemon and simple syrup topped with soda and served over ice.

Ginger Rum Cocktail

Bardenay Ginger Spiced rum, a dash of vanilla, triple sec and fresh-pressed sweet and sour. Served up with a ginger sugar rim.
