Is the Bayou Chicken Rice Bowl good?
So good. I meant to take a pic but the food was gone. The bayou chicken rice bowl was amazing. Good spice and flavor all around. Will definately be back the next time they are around.
Is Bayou Betty a food truck?
Food trucks are plentiful around Charlotte, but many of them are somewhat disappointing. Bayou Betty is not one! We hunted this food truck down a second time in one week because I was so impressed with their food. Their hush puppies are amazing! I personally prefer the baskets. The breading on the shrimp is perfectly spicy, and the sauce adds great contrast to the crisp. My boyfriend got a po boy that was equally delicious!
