Is Bello a good restaurant?

Still great! Bello was the first restaurant we ate at after the COVID lockdown and it was amazing then, and was amazing again. We went for Valentine's day dinner and it was a prix fixe menu with 4 courses. Every course was pretty special. Although we wish that we could order from the full menu, we weren't disappointed.

Where is Bello pasta made?

Bello has both classic Italian dishes as well as modern Italian food the way it’s made in Italy. All pastas are made fresh in house every day in the open air kitchen.

What are some Italian dishes that are not Italian?

Chicken parmigiana. Fettuccini Alfredo. Pasta primavera. And those dishes can be delicious…. they’re just not Italian. To be clear these dishes were invented in America. Italians in Italy do not eat them. Californians have always been at the forefront of new food trends in America.
