What does Beseto stand for?
Beseto stands for Beijing Seoul and Tokyo, the food court really lives up to that name! They have traditional korean food, chinese-Korean fusion (jjajang, tangsuyuk) and Japanese-Korean fusion like the tokatsu I got. The katsu is a must get it is huge and it's so flavorful with the sauce doused on top.
What does "be-se-to" mean?
Be-Se-To stands for "Beijing-Seoul-Tokyo". The place does host one Chinese, one Korea and one Japanese front, although the menu for the Chinese stand doesn't look very appetizing. Despite COVID, only two staff members were observed wearing masks and gloves. The other 3-4 did not take such precaution.

Buseto Pizza is named after the town where the two owners were born, Buseto Palizzolo, Sicily. Around the perimeter of the pizzeria, you'll find photographs of the owners' hometown including snapshots of the local fish markets, cheese shops, and even a photograph of the two of them in their youth, posing in a family picture.
