Congrats to Executive Chef Aaron Bludorn and General Manager Ch The food is imaginative and exciting with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal, local ingredients and a few special imported items like Spanish octopus, Australian black truffles and foie gras.

Start your review of Bludorn. Service was excellent. Food was very meh considering its reputation and price. The fish was poorly cooked and the beef Wellington had almost no meat flavor (im not a big tenderloin fan anyway, but this was just really unflavored).
