Welcome to Blue Rose Cheesecake and Bake Shop, conveniently located next door to Blue Ribbon Family Restaurant in Schenectady New York! This bakery was inspired after forty years of baking in the restaurant business. In 1981, the same owners of the Blue Ribbon Restaurant entered their cheesecake at a high-level competition held at the New York Coliseum in Manhattan, known today as the Time Warner Center. The judges just couldn’t resist! The Blue Ribbon cheesecake won FIVE FIRST PRIZE AWARDS from 1981 to 1985!
