Is BQE a good place for brunch?

I have frequented BQE many times for brunch. This was my first time visiting them during dinner, and I am very disappointed. Our food came out LESS than 5 minutes after we placed our orders. There is ABSOLUTELY no way the food was freshly prepared. It was DISGUSTING. I ordered the rib meal and my date ordered chicken and waffles.

What is the best thing about BQE?
