What do you think of Cajun cooking in Louisiana?
Good Cajun cooking! Although quite not up to New Orleans level cajun cooking, it was pretty close. The half ettoufee half fried crawfish was delicate and well seasoned. The gumbo was full of shrimp. And the catfish was light and crispy. If I had not lived in south... Louisiana for years and tasted the real deal, I would probably rate it higher!
