Where are Brix burgers sourced?
Locally sourced from Wetenkamp Farms in Newton, WI. BRIX has collaborated with them to offer a deliciously lean third pound burger pressed daily in-house.

Can I make a table reservation at Brix?

In addition to the Wine Cellar, Brix 33 also has 4 wine dispensing machines that feature wines from the Wine Cellar and allows our guests to have their own wine tasting.
