History

The company was the creation of Nordahl Brue and Mike Dressell. The pair opened their first store in Troy, New York in 1983, they had thought where better to open this chain than the home of the legendary New York bagel. They spent two and a half years working with a professional bagel baker to develop their fabulous product.
