What is Cahill's subs?
It is a place where you have to try different subs. They are very consistent with the quality, and the way the subs are made. What a local treasure, for sure. The steak bombs and Italian bombs are incredible. The special Friday sub, of crab meat, is delicious. You can't go wrong at Cahill's
Is Cahill's a good restaurant in Hudson?
Just moved to Hudson a few months ago and Cahill's was recommended by quite a few people. Stopped in last night and the recommendations were correct. Italian Sub was fantastic. Will definitely return to try others. Counter help was friendly and offered sub and salad menus to take home. I would crawl thru broken glass to get a bite of a steak bomb.
Does Cahill's close early on Fridays?
It used to be a tradition of getting Cahills on sunday afternoon. They close early, not open in the evenings on Friday. Also if you try to call in your order in for lunch they will just not answer the phone for a couple of hours. They seem to have grown very independent over the years.
