Caliva’s customer service person just contacted me and tried to blame Caliva’s delivery errors on the driver because she was deaf. I find this extremely offensive. Do not call your customers and blame the poor Caliva experience on a handicapped driver!! This was Caliva’s error and it has nothing to do with the driver.
