What is a Capri salad?
The design elements found throughout CAPRI are meant to be a reflection of its namesake’s stunning orange sunsets and electric blue seas off the island of Capri in Italy’s Bay of Naples. Caprese Salads originated in Capri back in the 20th century and pay homage to the colors of the Italian flag.
