Where is Carolina Jax’s new restaurant?
I had every intention to be at the grand opening of their first restaurant, but the pandemic had other plans for me. Carolina Jax’s ( 2548 Oak Street, Jacksonville, Florida) new restaurant replaced another favorite in Jacksonville, the Stuffed Beaver. Now with a full-sized kitchen to work out of, they’ve been able to expand the entire menu.
Is Carolina Jax a good place to get a Burger?
The people at Carolina Jax have definitely perfected the burger game. And yes, I plan on trying their other burgers once I get passed from my current burger crushes, The Classic and The Fried Onion...a must try.
What kind of meat does Carolina Jax use?
BEST. BURGERS. IN. JAX. in my humble Yelp opinion. They use Certified Angus Beef. The yummy burgers patties are cooked to a crisp on the outside while nice and moist on the inside, leaving you with an eyes rolling back per bite type burgers. The people at Carolina Jax have definitely perfected the burger game.
Is Carolina Jax garlic Parmesan really that good?
Their Garlic Parmesan is pretty damm good. And you might ask "are they really that good?". Well on February 23rd, tune into The Cooking Channel called Food Paradise and you will learn more of what Carolina Jax is all about. Simply delicious !!!
