Is Caruso’s grocery open for dinner?

A joint venture from Neighborhood Restaurant Group and Partner Matthew Adler, Caruso’s Grocery is now open for dinner! Join us for what promises to be an unforgettable New Year’s Eve supper at Caruso’s Grocery. We’ll host two seatings (5-6:30 & 8-9:30) featuring a sumptuous 4 course, multiple choice menu of classic Italian-American all-stars.

What is the Caruso special at Pizza Hut?

The Caruso Special! Served with your choice of Meat sauce, Marinara sauce, or White Garlic-Mushroom sauce. Our all-time favorite, made with homemade noodles, layered with a cheese-meat sauce, and baked in a blanket of cheese. Homemade noodles, layered with spinach, broccoli, mushrooms, and a variety of cheeses.

Does Caruso's have gluten-free food?

In the tradition of Caruso's seeking the freshest ingredients, we are committed to providing you the healthiest choices available. All items on our menu are free of MSG and high-fructose corn syrup. We also offer gluten-free items below. Lemon-basil breaded calamari rings fried until golden. Served with our zesty marinara sauce.

What is Grandpa Caruso's pizza made of?

For over 40 years our recipe remains the same: house-made crust, traditional pizza sauce, quality meats, fresh vegetables and our custom blend mozzarella. We offer several pizza crusts, including traditional thin and crispy, stuffed (a layer of mozzarella between two layers of thin crust), and Grandpa Caruso's Sicilian bread-style crust.

INSPIRATION

Caruso’s Grocery is a love letter to the simple, classic, Italian-American restaurants that provided our fondest childhood memories of what a restaurant could be. In different ways and in different parts of the country, we each had our own, intimate experiences of the food and culture that Italian immigrants brought to their new home.

CHEF & PARTNER

Caruso’s Grocery is the culmination of a lifelong passion for Matt, having spent the better part of his culinary career focused on regional Italian cuisine and much of his free time traveling throughout Italy.

Chef Massimo introduces signature dishes utilizing the highest-quality ingredients sourced from neighboring farmers, fishermen and ranchers, complemented by an extensive selection of hyperlocal and international wines and handcrafted cocktails.

Massimo Falsini

Massimo Falsini has more than 30 years of experience in the food and beverage industry and came to Montecito after working in top restaurants in Europe, the Middle East and North America.
