RESTAURANT MENU
We make our own Chicken Salad, Pimiento Cheese, and Jalapeño Pimiento Cheese. I remember when I opened I made a large batch of each one of these and went home just worried all night that they were not going to sell quickly enough and would expire before I could sell them. I stopped worrying and started praying! Today we make a 40lb.

Homemade Packaged Items
Famous for our Sugared Jalapeños. We started catering many years ago before we even had the restaurant and one of the best dishes was the sugared Jalapeños served over whipped cream cheese and Crackers.
