Right off Jericho Turnpike in New Hyde Park, NY is Chef Wang's restaurant. With a small parking lot always packed you know that the food inside is really good. Amazing how that simple logic always apply. Crowded restaurant equals good tasting food. People will always...#N#flock to where they can find well prepared reasonable priced food and here in Long Island...drive to those places whether it's in your town or over somewhere further. CHEF WANG has improved over the several years in business. They have expanded their menu, provided better service and really listen to the needs & tastes of their customers. Whether you go for lunch or dinner, you will be pleasantly serviced with tasty food that is authentic Chinese food. Now if your one of those people out there who prefers the Westernized Chinese food and have not developed a more exotic palate...yes they cater to you too. Plenty of so call American style Chinese food will cover you. Everyone is happy, no? Is there parking at Chef Wang?
If you plan to walk to Chef Wang you will be all right. There is virtually no parking. Once you get in the door, if you appreciate a rude, condescending host, by all means stay. We did not.
