Chima was great. Meat variety and quality was high. Most places like this have lamb chops but Chima’s were the best I’ve had and that’s a hug selling point for me. The Brazilian sirloin was also probably the best I’ve had out of the dozen or so of these type of steakhouses I’ve visited.
