Early - On
Early On is a federally funded, early intervention program for children birth to three years old. Chitter Chatter provides this free, in-home service to families throughout Wayne County.
Signs & Symptoms
Early On is for eligible children who need support and services because they have what is called a " developmental delay " or a diagnosed disability, also known as an established condition.
