Wes is a superb cook. Most dishes are creative and unique. We have not had bad service at Choplins. We have absolutely loved almost everything we have ordered here. Reservations Highly recommended; you probably won't get in without them unless it is an off night (maybe a Monday, but they could have groups or large parties on off-nights as well...)
