How crowded is Cindy's rooftop brunch?
So Cindy's is a pretty well known rooftop brunch place/bar/whatever so it'll understandably be very crowded. So much so that you should make a reservation before coming here. I did not and waited about 30 minutes before being seated, but I also came in the morning right after they opened.
