Our story starts in 1985....Clay’s Restaurant was just a small Ma & Pa’s place serving comfort food off the beaten track of Clay Road and Hwy 6. Owned and operated by Houstonian Damian Seaback who set out to build Clay’s into a great family restaurant full of fun for kids of all ages.
What's in a clay Burger?
All Burgers cooked to order and served with one side. Flat grilled on a toasted bun with mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato, pickles and onions. The garlic salt and pepper seasoned Clay Burger with hickory smoked bacon, jalapeños, and double American cheese. The double meat, double cheese Clay Burger with mushrooms, jalapeños and grilled onions.

Clay’s “Your Way” Hotdog! Crunchy green beans, breaded and fried to a golden brown. Served with our home made chipotle ranch dressing Served on your choice of an edible shell or on a bed of tortilla chips with beef, cheese, iceberg lettuce, onions and tomatoes.
