Love this place. The food, service and hookah are all great. The first time I went was for a birthday party. Booking the table was easy through their site. We went back for dinner and just walked in and were able to be seated. I loved the salmon medallions and seafood mac. The Thai chili wings were good also. Great vibes all around.

Went to Cloud Southend while I was visiting Charlotte. It was a definitely a good vibe. I went there on a weekend earlier in the evening and it wasnt packed. DJ was great. Met a bartender named London. She was great! She handled the crowd well once it started getting busy. She made great drinks and made sure my experience was good.

This was my friends and I first time here. The owners attention to details is impressive! Ambiance is on point! I highly suggest the wings. I cleaned the bones. And, Marley, one of the ladies serving, was the sweetest. She took care of us like we were guests at her house. Definitely going back, especially on a Sunday.
