What is coltivare?
Located just a block from The Commons, Coltivare is the downtown Ithaca culinary center, event venue, and farm-to-table restaurant of Tompkins Cortland Community College. Our professionally staffed restaurant supports four related degree programs as well as sourcing much of its produce from the college’s TC3 Farm in Dryden.

The Restaurant, with 110 seats, also houses The Wine Cellar which is a private dining room for up to 30 guests. Coltivare is one of the largest event venues in Tompkins County. We will design menus featuring local ingredients and global flavors.
