Is coquette the best restaurant in Boston?
I can confidently say Coquette will be ranked as one of Boston's best restaurants. The entire place is incredibly picturesque and the vibe is luxurious. I was so impressed by the food, ambiance, aesthetics, and service. My sister and I had the pleasure of being served by Bruno. He was so friendly and funny. The food was INCREDIBLE.
What is coquette’s menu like?
The bulk of Coquette’s menu is snacks and small plates, with a few flatbreads, larger entrees, and raw bar items rounding things out. The clams gratiné, a snack, features “devil spice,” which Berry describes as “basically an umami bomb on a clam.” It’s made of Colman’s mustard powder, Tabasco, and a bit of Worcestershire.
Is coquette in seaport worth a visit?
Start your review of Coquette. Coquette is such a cute restaurant located right inside the Omni hotel in Seaport. The interior design is beautiful and the food was tasty. My friends (3 total) ordered six plates and that was more than enough food. We loved the joues de boeuf and the lobster croquettes--definitely our favorites!
What makes Coquette’s interior design unique?
Custom Murano glass chandeliers and Lladro porcelain lamps round out the decor, as well as pastel arrangements of preserved flowers. Coquette’s main dining room features a pastel backdrop painted by Boston-based artist Erica Hagler of Blind Fox Art and recreations of Alphonse Mucha’s Seasons paintings by artist Julia Purinton of Medusa Studio.
