Where's the best Cuban food in Winchester?
**At the time of this visit, the indoor mask mandate was in effect. The Cuban Hut is located on the less busy end of Winchester Road, but there is proper "Cuban Food" signage to grab your attention. The shop is on the smaller side with minimal decor, but the staff is nice and the prices seem reasonable.
Is Cuban hut a good place to get empanadas?
I compared to another popular empanadas in the area. It's a different style but overall I'll go with Cuban Hut because it's better value. It's price is better and even though the food inside can be little skippy overall it's a winner. Check it out.

"The Cuban Hut" is one of the few Cuban restaurants in the greater San Diego area and thank goodness that it's a really good one. I ordered the Original Cuban sandwich to go and let me just say, it was a really damn good sandwich. Every bite was flavorful, it was like one of the best food orgasms ever.
