What is Cuzzo's cuisine?

Cuzzo's Cuisine II a Gourmet restaurant specializing in Southern Cuisines. Andarrio and Anglee are 1st cousins and were born and raised in South Carolina (Low Country). This is the 2nd location. Known for our Lobster Mac & Cheese, Shrimp and Grits along with many other delicious southern dishes.

WINGS

SAUCES FOR WINGS & TENDERS: Your choice of Jerk, Hot, or BBQ wing sauce. DRY RUBS: House, Cajun, or Lemon Pepper.

Lettuce, cucumbers, tomato, and cheese. Your choice of salad dressing.

ASSISTANT MANAGER

The Assistant Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant, including the selection, development and performance management of employees. In addition, they oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience.

BUSSER

Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guest. Provide timely and accurate service. Assist team members in meeting guests needs. Remove use tableware during meal (pre-bus); clear and reset tables after guest leave.

EXPEDITOR (EXPO)

The restaurant expeditor ensures quality and proper presentation of food in a timely manner; that food orders are prepared and assembled quickly according to recipes and procedures to avoid waste; and that the line is always stocked, neat, clean and safe.

HOSTESS

Welcome and warmly greet guests on arrival. Manage the efficient and timely seating of our guests to a table that best serves their wishes. Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guest. Provide timely and accurate service. Assist team members in meeting guests needs.

LINE COOK

Accurately and efficiently cook meats, fish, vegetables, and other hot food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of menu items. Maintain a clean work area while following food safety guidelines at all times.

KITCHEN MANAGER

Kitchen Manager serves as a Customer Service Ambassador by insuring that the food we serve always meets or exceeds our standards of excellence at all times, especially non-peak times when the amount of food prepared is critical.

PREP COOK

Cook and prepare a variety of food products including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, breads and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils according to the Daily Prep List.
