Served with 2 sides. Upgrade 1 or both of your sides to premium for +$1 each. Fish served broiled, fried, steamed, or grilled. Shrimp served broiled, fried, or steamed. Seasoning available upon request at no extra charge: Blackened, Old Bay, Caribbean Jerk, Garlic, and Key West.

All shrimp are seasonal. Served broiled, fried, or steamed. Includes two sides.

Maine Lobster & Snow Crab

When available. We split and clean the Maine lobsters. Includes two sides.

Coconut or Bacon Shrimp

Hand breaded & rolled in coconut and fried golden brown or wrapped in hickory-smoked bacon. Includes dipping sauce and two sides

Premium Sides

Available for an additional $1 when substituted as a side with an entree. Sold at menu prices when ordered separate.

Kids Menu - For the Little Folks

For kids under 12. All kids meals are served with French Fries & Chocolate Pudding. Includes beverage.

Hawaiian Shrimp Soup

Serves approximately 6 people Takes 25 minutes to make A taste of the islands from our kitchen. Ingredients: 0.5 cup onions (chopped) 1 tbsp. garlic (minced) 0.25 cup carrots (julienned) 1 tsp. salt (kosher, adjust to taste) 1 tsp. pepper (fresh ground) 3 tbsps. Should serve approximately 6 people. Ingredients: 1 tablespoon butter 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper 1/4 cup sliced green onions 1 clove garlic, minced 3 cups tomato-vegetable juice cocktail 1 (8 ounce) bottle clam juice 1/2 cup water 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme 1/4 teaspoon dried basil 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes 1 Bay leaf 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup uncooked long-grain white rice 3/4 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined Hot pepper sauce to taste Directions: 1.

Broiled Rock Shrimp Recipe

Directions: Turn your oven onto Broil and put your oven rack as high as it will go. Spread your split and cleaned rock shrimp out shell side down on a cookie sheet. Spoon melted butter over them and add seasoning (if preferred). Rock shrimp go well with a variety of seasonings, such as Old Bay and Caribbean Jerk.

Ingredients: 2 cups flour 2 eggs – beaten 1 Tblsp. baking powder 1 cup milk 1/2 Tsp. salt 4 Tblsp. Liquid butter blend 4 Tblsp. Sugar 1 cup whole corn – drained Directions: Heat the cooking oil to approximately 350 degrees F. Sift the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar together. Combine eggs, milk, and butter blend.

Old Florida Style Shrimp Soup

Ingredients: 6 slices bacon 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 tsp. garlic 1 (1 lb. 12 oz) can tomato 1 green pepper, chopped 1/4 tsp. liquid red pepper 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1 bay leaf 1 carrot, sliced thin 2 med. Celery sticks, sliced 2 med. Potatoes, cubed 2 tsp. salt 1/2 lb. Fresh Small Shrimp Directions: Fry bacon, drain, and crumble in small pieces.

Original Shrimp Soup

Fill soup pot with 2 quarts water – bring to a boil. Add the chicken base, celery, onions, and potatoes. Continue cooking until vegetables are cooked. Add the shrimp – bring to a boil once again. Add corn starch to a little bit of cold water and stir until totally dissolved.
