The Chef (Mr Don Tan) is a Chinese-Malaysian whose family has been in the food business for many years in Malaysia. Coming from a family of restaurateur, Don Tan set his first Don's Kitchen in the town of Robe, continuing the family food and beverage legacy. Inspired and influence by his traditional roots, Don Tan also crafts and create his signature dishes and recipes of flavorful and delicious dishes such as chicken ribs, beef rendang, curry ayam, laksa, butter prawn, butter pepper sauce and as well as award winning Claypot Curry with prawns. If you come in a group, Don Tan is happy to make you a special banquet suitable to your tastes and preferences.

Authentic chow fun noodles made to order that are delicious. Ate in and took the rest home (large portion). Cook is from China per the gentleman who took my order. Steady stream of customers while I was there tells me this little hole in the wall is a local secret.
