El Jinete Mexican Grill is a vison of Alberto ( COBY) owner of El Jinete Mexican Grill, he and his wife Rosie founded El Jinete Mexican Grill with Cumberland being the first location in March of 2015and Powhatan their second in Julyof 2018.
