Where did Eureka originate?
Eureka! Was established in the United States to bring a unique culinary experience built on the back of traditional American Cuisine to its patrons. Getting its start in Bakersfield California, Eureka! saw itself as such an amazing discovery for diners that it named itself after the cry of the Miner ‘49’ers. Now they serve patrons in over a dozen locations up throughout the United States, including Texas, Idaho, Colorado, Nevada, Washington, and of course California.
