PhoFilling is located across the street from Port Townsend Bay and is just a short walk from Port Townsend's historic downtown destination on Water street. This central location is a convenient stop in a day of exploring the culture and attractions of the area and is a hometown favorite for quality affordable meals.
What is pho served with?
Pho is served with rice noodles, your choice of meats, green onions, white onions, and cilantro in the broth. A plate of fresh bean sprouts, Thai Basil, Jalapeño and lime is served on the side to add to the soup. Hoisin (sweet), Sriracha (spicy), and ground chili paste you'll find on the tables are commonly added to the Pho.
