What does the FK in FK Your Diet stand for?
foster kidsThe letters are part of the name of FK Your Diet, a comfort food restaurant that opened earlier this month on the west side of U.S. 41 in unincorporated Lee County. The “FK” stands for "foster kids," who are the beneficiaries of the restaurant's mission, said the eatery's owners, Doug Miller and Amy Eldridge.
What is FK Your Diet restaurant about?
Technically, the F and K are meant to stand for Foster Kid. The concept's owner, Doug Miller, grew up as a foster child and has dedicated his business to help children in similar situations, pledging a portion of the restaurants' proceeds to the cause. Admirable. But Foster Kid Your Diet doesn't make any sense.
When did FK Your Diet open?
2018Naples couple Doug Miller and Amy Eldridge opened the first FK Your Diet in 2018 and haven't stopped growing since. FK Your Diet burger with bacon, cheese and lettuce on a deep-fried “Doug” bun.
Breakfast
Scratch-made all day long (not from a can like those other places!) fresh jimmy dean sausage gravy served over fk flaky biscuits and fried potatoes, topped off with two eggs any way.

This is not the mushy quac you usually get out of a bag! made fresh for you when you order. chunky and done right. Served with our scratch tortilla chips.
Salad
Crispy hand-breaded fried chicken thigh with bacon, swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, avocado with honey mustard dressing.

Our scratch bisque has chunks of crab, lobster, scallops, and shrimp. If you are a seafood lover you will be back daily for a bowl of this crazy yumminess! we're talking bisque so good that you have to resort to metaphysics to make sense of it!
