Our menu features numerous rotating stews, along with Po’Boy sandwiches, and fried delicacies like our namesake, gator tails. With our virtual kitchen, we offer pickup orders as well as delivery right to your house or work.
What to do with a gator tail?
Hand cut fresh Gator tail meat in a Cajun batter and deep fried. Served with a honey chipotle sauce. Five of our house made Mac-N-Cheese balls covered in a crispy batter & deep fried.

We are the creators of the original belt driven surface drive mudmotor. Born and bred in the bayous of Loreauville, Louisiana, Gator-Tail was built by hunters and fishermen just like you.
