What is gjusta?

Our menu, space, and offerings change as we go, evolving with the seasons and the needs of our neighborhood. Gjusta began in fall 2014 as a commissary kitchen providing bread and pantry items for our restaurants Gjelina and GTA, but quickly grew to be much more.

Small / 5 people / $50; Large / 10 people / $100. inqure for further selection. Platters of cheese and/or charcuterie with pickles, breads and garnishes

Small / 5 people / $60; Large / 10 people / $120. Served with your choice of bialys. Choose your toppings: Herbed cream cheese, whipped burrata, scallion labneh Capers, pickled & raw red onion, pickled cucumbers & radishes

Toasts

Combinations of smoked fish, roasted meats, charcuterie and artisinal cheeses, paired with spreads, pickles and preserves

Breakfast

Egg, bacon, potato, poblano, queso chihuahua, salsa roja, side of housemade jalapeno lime salsa. No modifications allowed.

Bottled Water

Pure, native, premium water sourced in the heart of the Ouachita Mountains.

Butchery Meats & Deli By Weight

Chicken liver, butter, cream, red onion, anchovy, capers, calabrian chili, red wine, brandy, sherry, red wine vinegar, pink salt.

Housemade Pickles

Grilled Poblano, sweet bell pepper & shishito peppers. Marinated with oregano, capers, red wine vinegar and olive oil 7oz.

Spreads & Dips

Nicoise olives, parsley, garlic, thyme, chili flake, red wine vinegar, olive oil, grapeseed oil.

Large covered outdoor patio with full service dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Counter Service only. We are not currrently taking reservations.
