Afternoon Tea at The Riverside Cafe just fabulous !!! We spent a lovely few hours enjoying all the homemade goodies, breads, sandwiches and scones So relaxed, not rushed, constantly topped up with tea, a perfect afternoon ! A charming place, Helena was so welcoming, it was a such a traditional homemade afternoon tea and even left with a little takeaway box at the end ! Yummy ! A real hidden find !.

After 30k cycling on the Greenway in the driving rain, we came across an Oasis. We received such a warm welcome despite our dripping wet clothes. We had excellent home made scones & desserts. Well worth a visit hail, rain or shine.
