As the company has grown, it remains above all a fun community gathering place famous for Wet Burritos, Fresh Chips & Salsa, and our Frozen Margaritas.

What is the history of Erskine Village Hacienda?
The Erskine Village Hacienda was originally established in December of 1980 and was known as the Scottsdale Mall, “To Go” location. When Erskine Village took over, a new location was created in August of 1983. It is known as a staple for families and friends to visit when coming home after the school season and during the holidays.
