Is Haleiwa Joe's a good restaurant?
We had a good dinner at Haleiwa Joe's. The wait time is definitely over an hour so be prepared to kill time beforehand. Service was excellent and the food was better than expected. The menu has decent fish, beef, chicke and minimal vegetarian choices. The view in the daylight is spectacular but I'm not willing to wait two plus hours.

Start your review of Haleiwa Joe's. Best prime rib I've ever tasted! It was a HUGE piece of prime rib and my party of 3 took a long time to eat all of it; definitely worth the $44 and it was so tender and juicy.
Is Haleiwa or Kaneohe open for dine in?
Both our Haleiwa and Kaneohe locations are open for dine-in and take out service. We have limited our tables and capacity to CDC guidelines and the entire staff is implementing safety and cleanliness standards. We are currently serving our full menu 7 days a week, nightly. Do they do reservations at Haleiwa J’S?
They don't do reservations, first come first serve y'all. The restaurant is located in a residential area and this place was a Chart house prior to coming Haleiwa J's. There are no other eateries or restaurants close by so have snacks and water on standby in case you get hungry waiting for a table.
