Why is it called Hard Eight BBQ?
Hard Eight BBQ was derived from the couples' small whitetail ranch in Brady, TX called “Hard Eight Whitetail Ranch.” With an eight-point buck on the property acting as the ranch mascot, and the families' love of Las Vegas, they came up with the idea for Hard Eight.
