Do they serve draft Asahi Ramen?
They do serve draft Asahi. Bottles of cold tea and cans of soda. The menu is simple so we were done and out in about 30 minutes. The bill was under $30. the cook will not really recognized when you said less salty they will still give you the normal ramen without adjustment.
How good is Ramen chashu?
The chashu was well-cooked/seared and the broth was quite flavorful. The thin noodles were chewy and paired well with the broth. I ordered an extra soft boiled egg to go with the ramen, and the eggs were well marinated and the yolk had a nice jelly-like consistency. The karaage was pretty good, and they give you decent sized pieces!

My usual order is the tori paitan, broth is creamy and packed with flavor! It's a very small place. Maybe 4 tables along the wall for 2-4 people and then there's the food bar where we were seated.
