Is Havana Harry's a good restaurant to visit?
This used to be one of my favorite restaurants, I have spent anniversaries, birthdays, and great occasions at Havana Harry's. But frankly after this lack of basic service and organization, I would not return.

Did Havana Harry's have to pay for the entire meal?
We had to pay for the entire meal, with not so much as an apology. Between the 8 of us and our families/friends, Havana Harry's has lost a great deal of business. A new piece of fish would have made the meal right, and saved us all the disappointment of the new management's incompetancy.

Bottom line: Your money is better spent elsewhere for an authentic cuban meal, Casa Lario's for example.

We have always had great meals/experience there. Yes, it might be difficult to park, but there is a City parking lot across the street, and since they do not accept reservations, you may have to wait to get in...the food is worth the wait!
