What is a dosa?
Dosa is the specialty dish. The coconut chutney was too sour and the Sambhar was missing any sign of vegetables. This is one of my new favorite go-to for kerala comfort food. Being south indian its hard to find food necessarily that tastes like home and somehow the dosas here manage to do just that.
What is a veggie uttapam?
The veggie uttapam is like a thicker pancake with veggies mixed into the batter. It came with a sweeter red sauce and a coconut chutney (both sauces were vegan). The chutney was especially satisfying after burning my mouth on the food because I was trying to inhale the yumminess. Definitely spicy but not outrageous.
