Is Himitsu my favorite teriyaki in Seattle?
So I relocated back to the Seattle-area for work from Phoenix where the teriyaki es no bueno. To be able to find a Yaki-joint the caliber of Himitsu just minutes away from my work on Redmond Ridge is what earns it five stars. Is Himitsu my favorite teriyaki ever? No. It's certainly close (maybe #2 or #3) though.

Himitsu Teriyaki is the best in the area. We know this as a fact since we visited all the other area establishments when Himitsu had to close for repairs because a car flew through their window and ended up in the kitchen. Himitsu's food is great and always fresh.
