Restaurant and bar franchise HopCat has seventeen locations in eight states and was founded in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Owner Mark Sellers opened the first HopCat in Grand Rapids in 2008, and the second in East Lansing, Michigan, in 2013. Congruent Investment Partners and Main Street Capital buy HopCat from BarFly Ventures in bankruptcy.

We all have to thank Mark Sellers for building this pub. The first branch of HopCat was established 10 years ago in 2008 with the vision of bringing great beer to its customers.
